USA and Puerto Rico FedEx Shipping Information
FedEx Ground Shipping on a typical order many times runs between $9.00 and $15.00 depending on your location. Puerto Rico is slightly higher.
CANADIAN ORDERS Shipped UPS
Canadian orders are actually shipped UPS even though the checkout reads FedEx.
International Shipping (Shipping to Countries other than the United States or Canada)

Expedited and Rush Shipping
Expedited and rush shipping options are available at an extra charge. Available FedEx shipping options will be given at checkout. Shipping quotes are given by the web site before any form of payment is requested.
Return Policy and Exchange Information
Exchanges: Defective products will be exchanged at no charge within 14 days of purchase. If we made a mistake on your order please contact us first, so that we may assist you in exchanging the product. If we did not make a mistake on your order you are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange.
Return Authorization Required: Before returning a product you must first contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a proper Return Authorization Number will be sent back to you with no refund offered and the cost of return shipping charged to you.
Items returned within 14 days will receive a partial refund, if it is returned in like new condition with absolutely no damage to the packaging. There is a 10% restocking fee and you will not be refunded on any shipping charges. If the item shows any wear, or the packaging is damaged, or the product and/or packaging is not in like new condition, then item will be sent back to you with no refunds offered and the cost of return shipping will be charged to you. There are absolutely no returns offered after the 14 days are up. Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Any missing, damaged or used products cannot be refunded. Please be sure to include all original packaging and documentation. All RMA requests must be accompanied with a copy of the original purchase invoice or packing slip. This will help us easily identify your returned items, and ensure you get your available credit. ShopUSA Customers: We are in not affiliated with ShopUSA, and we are not responsible for your shipment once it reaches ShopUSA. Our only responsibility is getting your order to ShopUSA.
Limitation of liability: This product will be replaced if defective in manufacture or in packaging. Except for such replacement, this product is sold without warranty or liability even though defect, damage, or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. No warranties are expressed or implied. Replacement of the product is the only remedy for a defective product. |
